CARDS
If a card arrives and it is not what the listing described, send it back. Full refund including your original shipping. No argument, no restocking fee, no runaround.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How to return: Email mitch@battlelinefilms.com with your order number and what is wrong. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Ship the card back in the same protective packaging it arrived in. Refund is issued within 2 business days of it arriving back.
What’s covered:
- Card does not match the listing description or photos.
- Card arrived damaged in transit.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Package lost in transit.
What’s not covered:
- Sealed wax that has been opened — once a sealed box or pack is opened the sale is final, and that applies to every seller in the hobby.
- Buyer’s remorse on graded cards — grades are objective and shown in the photos.
- Returns requested after 14 days.
Graded cards: What you see in the photos is the exact card and the exact slab you receive. We do not use stock images on graded cards, ever.
Raw cards: We describe condition honestly, but grading is subjective. If you disagree with our description, that is covered — send it back.
APPAREL
Apparel is printed to order with your size on it, so it works a little differently than cards.
Always covered, at no cost to you:
- Printing flaw, crooked print, or wrong color.
- Wrong size or wrong item shipped.
- Damaged in transit.
- Package lost in transit.
Size exchanges: Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 14 days. If the shirt is unworn and unwashed, we will print you the right size — you cover return shipping.
Not returnable: Worn or washed apparel, and change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items. Every shirt is printed specifically for your order, so there is no shelf to put it back on.
